We would come back for the rooftop patio, but not to stay overnight.

Very convenient location. Lively rooftop patio.

Very noisy in our room with the loud music from the patio ongoing until 3am. Even with ear plugs we were up due to the noise/bass.

Location.

Unprofessionally constructed shower. Using the shower floods the bathroom with water , because the lip on the floor is angled outward instead on inward so all the water running down the shower door flows outside of the shower. The shower head also doesn't disperse water directly. It sprays toward the door. This isn't adjustable.

Really overpriced and not worth it

The bed and location, but it is not worth it for that price, better to give a chance to other hotels that can give you better service for that price. These people take advantage only because of the location.

Very overpriced, it doesn't have elevator, it turned out to be more expensive since VAT wasn't included in the booking webpage whereas full priced specified. It does not have anything outstanding for that price. Bathroom facilities were not fully neat.

What was the highlight of Hotel Torre del Reloj

Exactly what we wanted.

Our room had a balcony overlooking the square and the room itself was just adorable. The location is ideal especially if you’re looking to party.

The bar upstairs was awful, but the hotel can’t really help that. Also, at night it’s extremely loud outside until around 3-4am, so make sure you bring earplugs if you want to go to bed early.

meh.

Breakfast and the service at the breakfast area was really good. They gave us drinks. The hotel is close to interesting places

Wifi sucks,No conditioner, no lotion, no hot water, the door shower was weird, the room3 door is weird too. They don't have beach towels actually they said we were not allowed to take the regulars there. NOISY area, Super expensive for not having these basic facilities.

Great other than above.

Workers were great

Changed room 3 times on 4 day stay for different reasons like, err I’ve noise, very stiff beds, running water was either cold or hot....safes didn’t work, no droors, in junior sweet no tv no hot water on shower, said next day was going to be fixed, it wasn’t, the general aspect of things, like water faucets leaking or staying in place with dough. The people get 5 stars, but this hotel is in the middle of all the live music and the doors don’t even seal well. Thanks, Juan.

Great location, not so comfortable stay. Great for partying.

Location

Hotel was so outdated, the pictures on the site must be really old. The beds were uncomfortable and the towels were horrible. Also really loud, could not sleep due to the noise of the roof bar (the bar was great just too loud and no soundproof rooms!!)

The Hotel Torre del Reloj is in a very good location to explore the old walled city.

There is nothing that I would change about this hotel at all because I have no complaints about this hotel.

That it was the center of everything

They tried to charge us for drinks from the rooftop that we didnt drink. And charge us for have an outside friend come to our hotel for 10 minutes . It was 10 minutes and we got charged 200,000 pesos. After fighting , they waved it.

What was the highlight of Hotel Torre del Reloj

Location, ambiance, and beautiful decor; our room had wonderful views to the streets.

Bed was extremely big and comfortable. The views were exceptional. The building was beautifully decorated that kept to modernize the interior but conserved key aspects of it. 24/7 front desk and extremely helpful.

I would not recommend this for older couples the stairs can be a real hassle. The additional twin bed in our room would block our doorway entry. I wish it was more of an option for other travelers.
